The wall

Every guest gets a camera. You get one private gallery.

Gooya collects the moments your photographer, group chat, and shared album miss — the table shots, dance-floor videos, and tiny in-between memories.

How it works

Scan. Shoot. Send.

01

Guests scan the QR

Place one code at the bar, tables, welcome sign, or ceremony program. Guests open it with their phone camera.

02

They use the guest camera

They take a photo, record a short video, or upload from their camera roll without creating an account.

03

You reveal the gallery

Everything lands in your private keepsake gallery, ready to open after the wedding or on your anniversary.

Private by design

Guests add memories. They don't browse them.

Gooya is write-only for guests. They send a memory, see that it landed, and go back to the party. No public feed, no likes, no comparing, and no one else's photos on their screen.

  • Guests cannot see the gallery or other uploads
  • You choose when to open the keepsake
  • Hide anything with one tap before you share or download

The point of all of this

☏ The phone on the table

Add the vintage phone if you want voices too.

Gooya works with just the QR code. If you want spoken messages too, add the rotary phone: guests pick up the handset, hear your greeting, and talk after the tone.

The QR collects the night. The phone collects the voices.

Questions

Simple answers before you make the QR.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan one QR code and get a disposable camera on their phone in the browser. There is no app download, account, or sign-up. They can take a photo, record a short video, or upload from their camera roll in seconds.

Can guests see what other people uploaded?

No. Gooya is write-only for guests: they send their own photos and videos, then return to the party. Only the couple can open the private gallery. That keeps the experience simple, private, and free from likes or comparison.

What can guests leave?

Guests can leave photos and short videos from the event using the Gooya camera or their phone library. Couples can also add the vintage phone for spoken messages. Everything lands in the same private keepsake gallery.

How long do we keep your memories?

Your gallery stays live through your event and reveal, and your keepsake vault keeps it safe beyond that. Download everything in one click any time — the memories are yours, not ours.

What's the vintage phone, and do we need it?

The vintage phone is an optional audio guestbook. Guests pick up the handset, hear your greeting, and speak after the tone. You do not need it for Gooya to work; the QR photo and video experience stands on its own.
