Why weddings need it

Your photographer cannot be at every table.

The best guest photos are often the ones nobody planned: a cousin laughing, a table cheering, a short clip from the dance floor. Gooya gives those moments one place to land.

  • *Capture the guest perspective, not just the formal coverage.
  • *Collect during the event instead of asking people days later.
  • *Keep everything private until you are ready to open it.

Guest experience

The QR code must feel easier than texting the couple.

Guests scan the code, use the camera, and send the memory. No app, no shared album invite, no email address, and no confusing permissions beyond the camera itself.

  • *Use QR signs at the welcome table and reception tables.
  • *Let guests add from their camera roll if they already took the shot.
  • *Use optional names so the couple knows who sent what.

After the wedding

The private gallery becomes the second album.

Your professional album tells the official story. The Gooya gallery tells the room's story: blurry, funny, emotional, and personal. Download it all or reveal it later.

  • *Open the gallery together after the wedding.
  • *Share view-only access with close family.
  • *Download the ZIP for backup.

Fit

Gooya is for couples who want candid memories without a social feed.

If you want RSVPs, seating charts, and registries, choose a wedding website platform. If you want every guest's camera in one private keepsake gallery, use Gooya.

  • *Focused on capture, privacy, and keepsake value.
  • *Works beside your wedding website, not instead of it.
  • *Optional phone bundle adds spoken messages.
Questions

Answers before you make the QR.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Gooya opens in the phone browser from one QR code. Guests can use the camera or their library without installing an app, making an account, or remembering a password.

Can guests see everyone else's uploads?

No. Gooya is write-only for guests by default. They send their own memory, see that it landed, and return to the event. The private gallery belongs to the host.

Can the host download everything?

Yes. The host can download the visible memories in one ZIP, including the original photo and video files Gooya stores for the event.
